Warranty & Exchange Policy
Noble Tech does not offer cash refunds. Instead, every laptop and Chromebook you buy from us is covered by a free 45-day checking warranty and a 7-day exchange.
45-day full checking warranty
- Every unit is covered for 45 days from the day you receive it.
- If any fault comes up in this period, our team will check and fix it free of cost.
- Only the delivery (courier) charges for sending the unit to us and back are paid by the customer.
- Before sending anything, send a photo or video of the issue on WhatsApp so our team can guide you.
7-day exchange
- If the laptop does not suit you, you can exchange it for another model of your choice within 7 days of delivery.
- The unit must be returned in the same condition, with its charger and all accessories.
- Delivery charges for the exchange are paid by the customer.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds. Any issue is handled through a free warranty repair or a 7-day exchange.
